Customer should supply artwork via email in the preferred format of a vector file: PDF, EPS, AI or as a basic image file: BMP, PSD or JPG. Please provide the art at a minimum of 300 DPI. If supplied artwork requires typesetting, changes, touch ups, or does not meet our specifications, we will inform you with any associated costs.

A sample sew out will be provided for your approval prior to production.

Digitizing fees start at a minimum of R35.00 or R30.00 per thousand stitches.

Edits to current designs begin at R25.00.

 

The following are not considered desirable; photocopies, pen and/or pencil drawings, business cards, letterheads. Any artwork supplied in this format will have to be re-created as a vector image, with associated costs.

All artwork/DST’s are kept on file for 2 years from last order date.

Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs. All proofs must be approved within 3 days of receipt or production delays may occur.
